Everything was perfect, attentive staff, RELAXING views of the mountains. The location was stunning and incredibly comfortable, 15 minutes' walk to the center. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Nook Kitchen And Pub. The room we booked was well-kept and brand-new with a great breakfast. The service offered was excellent. Moreover, bonus was free Wi-Fi.

It was just a fine choice for a walk in the evening in Baguio City, great for the money. The ample parking space was a real win, making it easy for us to come and go. Make sure to check the parking area at the lobby for better access.

The hotel is very clean and the location gives easy access to most of the tourist attractions in Baguio. Good hotel to choose for Panagbenga Festival visit (Panagbenga Park is just a walking distance). I love their coffee shop/restaurant (and being a coffee lover, like the idea of offering 24/7 complimentary coffee). Staff are helpful especially the Security Guards.
The hotel should be flexible and considerate to their guests. Hotel should be aware of the schedule of busses' arrivals coming from Manila. Got disappointed when we requested for at least one of the rooms we booked so we could rest. The Receptionist asked me to pay extra (sop as he mentioned), so we ended up sitting in the reception area for long hours instead of letting us to use the room which was already available. Aside from that, Receptionist should be the first one to greet/approach their guests when they arrive. I gave the Receptionist on duty that chance, unfortunately he didn't do it. Receptionists should know all the activities/events/promos of the hotel so they could inform their guests in advance....E.G. We almost missed the dinner tickets allocated for us. Don't like the idea of having a buffet dinner but there are staff serving a small portion of food on your plate. Staff are friendly, though I suggest to send them to a Customer Service training to enable them to improve their service.

Quiet and good view from the room; cozy restaurant, pleasant and accommodating staff; good location in that it's within the city but away from the hustle and bustle, and easily accessible. Very tasteful set-up, soothing and relaxed. By the way, I upgraded from stadard double to de luxe to have a room with a view. The room has only a window that has a (indoor) garden view and is claustrophobic.
Elevator was not functioning; no coffee service in room, towels provided were only bath towels and upon request, hand towels; floor in toilet section gets wet -- maybe glass panels instead of shower curtain; no minibar in room and closet rooms and drawers weren't well aligned. I guess most of these were because we were there before the formal opening. Oh and breakfast can be more generous, also with fruit slice or juice to complete.

Consider packing earplugs for a quieter night's sleep, as street noise can be disruptive during the night.

They welcomed us with open arms and they even gave us a free dinner buffet, a surprise. The view from our room was filled with pine trees that my son just couldn't stop talking about.
It was a bit on the pricey side but still worth it.

Staff was just not professional and uninformed. They are not so concerned about helping but just interested in collecting your bill. Hotel is cute but because of location off the road it smells of car fumes all day and very noisy. The water temp is warm not hot, I guess to save money. Cute hotel with potential but its too 'cheaply' operated. Its too bad and I will never stay there again and won't recommend it to anyone.

nice clean place
no family room, a king size bed with 2 day beds does not make a family room. people who go there have relatives that smend the night but the beds need to be bigger, at least one queen size bed and one bouble

I was really surprised by the complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. It was great to unwind in the peaceful garden area and enjoy some fresh air on the terrace. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

I love Chalet Baguio! The interior design is very nice! They invested on design and spent good money on their fixtures. Good value for money. :) Nice to stay also at their lobby.
